Welcome to Shoebox Moments, where I help you preserve your memories one page at a time.
I’m Tracy Stewart, the owner/designer and artist of Shoebox Moments. I live in Greensboro, North Carolina but am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. I am married with a beautiful 6-year-old daughter.
I started scrapbooking in the 80′s, using those oversized scrapbooks with spiral binding. I put in all my memorabilia and a few photos. They were either glued, taped down, or attached with photo corners. In the 90′s I discovered today’s version of scrapbooking: I bought paper, punches and all the decorative scissors I could get my hands on! I only made a few pages as I was dabbling in lots of other crafts at the time. I got addicted to scrapbooking when my daughter was born in 2004 because I wanted to document everything for her. Then I started making mini-albums for the grandparents. As friends and family started having children I would make them blank mini-albums to fill in their own pictures and memories.
This is how I came up with Shoebox Moments — I want to help those people that don’t have the time or the desire to scrapbook themselves to be able to capture all of their important moments in an album that will last a lifetime!
